The South Ossetian delegation in Geneva invited the Georgian side to start joint bilateral work on the delimitation and demarcation of the state border between the two republics, the press service of the office of the Presidential Envoy for post-conflict settlement reports.
"During the consultations, it has been noted that the Geneva discussions remain the only platform for discussing current issues and threats that require attention and a prolonged freeze on the process may negatively affect stability and security in the region," the press service said.
