South Ossetia, as a part of the Russian world, always celebrates the National Unity Day together with the multinational people of the Russian Federation - November 4, President of the Republic Alan Gagloev, said, speaking at the ceremonial reception organized in Tskhinval by the Russian Embassy and the representative office of the Rossotrudnichestvo.
The Embassy of South Ossetia in Russia is taking part in the International Science Fiction Symposium "Creating the Future", the press service of the diplomatic mission reports.
The symposium is being held as part of the implementation of the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The leader of the Russian Federation sent his greetings to the guests of the venue and called the symposium the first major event of the national center "Russia".
On Monday, South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev received the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross mission in the Republic, Dragoslav Blazevic, in connection with the completion of his mission.
According to the press service of the Foreign Ministry, Akhsar Dzhioev thanked Dragoslav Blazevic for his contribution to the work of the ICRC mission in the territory of the Republic of South Ossetia and wished him success in his future activities.
