The International Youth Forum "Preservation of Historical Memory in the Context of Global Changes" has completed its work at the South Ossetian State University. The event was organized by the South Ossetia State University together with NCFU.
As IA "Res" has been informed in the press service of the university, more than 100 students from Russia, Abkhazia, Armenia and South Ossetia took part in the forum.
The issue of removing the Georgian post in Uista (Tsnelis) and a number of other issues were discussed on Friday at the regular meeting in the format of Incident Prevention and Response Mechanisms (IPRM). As Yegor Kochiev, the head of the South Ossetian delegation, told journalists, the most important of the discussed issues for South Ossetia was the issue of the Georgian post in Tsnelis, which has not yet been resolved.
The next Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM) meeting is scheduled for 10 November. This was reported to journalists by the head of the South Ossetian delegation Yegor Kochiev.
“A lot of time has passed since the last meeting, but, nevertheless, today we had enough time to discuss all the issues that the parties have. We have set the date of the next meeting today for November 10,” Kochiev said.
In addition, Kochiev noted that journalists from South Ossetia would also be able to attend the meetings.
