Medoev has added that on September 17 of this year, President Anatoly Bibilov addressed the co-chairs of the Geneva discussions, representatives of the EU Monitoring Mission in Georgia, urging them to take decisive measures to influence the Georgian party in order to neutralize the real danger of armed confrontation and stop further tension.
