No one doubts the legitimacy of the presidential elections in South Ossetia, we see with our own eyes how the process is going, - Leonel Enrique Parica, an observer from Venezuela, deputy head of the National Electoral Council of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, told reporters.
“We are visiting the polling stations, and we really liked such a democratic expression of the will of the people of South Ossetia. We were able to see with our own eyes the whole process, when all the people atr choosing their presidential candidate. Starting from when each voter is identified, confirmed, until the moment he exercises his right to vote,” Leonel Enrique said.
He noted with an important point that there are representatives of each presidential candidate at each polling station.
This is the most important guarantee of compliance with the principle when one voter corresponds to one choice. And we are witnessing with our own eyes the legitimacy of the presidential elections in South Ossetia," Leonel said.
