By today several perpetrators have already been detained in South Ossetia.

By today several perpetrators have already been detained in South Ossetia. Their participation has already been proved and criminal research is under way at the moment. The only thing to be done is to carry everything to an end in legal form. The murder of Security Secretary Oleg Alborov is already detained, as well as the orderer of the crime. The cases of explosions in Djava region and at South Ossetian passport and visa service have already been disclosed. All the executors of these terrorist acts detained and confessed in the crime. These terrorist acts also backed by Georgian special services»-Noted Eduard Kokoity.

The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Finnish Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva, expressed his serious concern today over a series of bomb explosions in recent days in the zone of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict. Since 28 February, three separate bomb incidents have killed three people and seriously wounded at least five others, including one peacekeeper from the North Ossetian Battalion of the Joint Peacekeeping Forces.

Today morning Ossetian checkpoint located in RSO Znaur district Okona village was bombarded from Georgian side. The fire was delivered with heavy mortars within 40 minutes by Georgian Defense Ministry special detachment which arrived there half an hour earlier.

On 27 March 2008 a vehicle explosion occurred in Tskhinval. As a result of the incident Alana Tedeeva, our friend, a member of the “Union of Patriotic Youth of the Republic of South Ossetia”,died. She was only 25. At the age of 18 she became a citizen of the Russian Federation. Law-enforcement agencies of South Ossetia believe that she died due to a terrorist act.

Wounded in the result of terrorist act at the Tskhinval downtown Vissarion Valiev is in grave condition. This was informed to IA «Res» correspondent at the Republican hospital surgical department. «Vissaruon Valiev was delivered to the hospital yesterday evening at about 21:00 with thermal and splinter wounds.

On 27. 03. 08 at 20:50 JPKF Military Observers together with the OSCE Mission representatives conducted monitoring to check up the information received of the explosion of motorcar at Tskhinval downtown. This was informed to «Res» correspondent by the assistant of the Commander of Joint Peacekeeping Forces in the zone of Georgian-Ossetian conflict Captain Vladimir Ivanov.

One more act of terrorism committed in Tskhinval. About 20:15 «UAZ» vehicle exploded in the downtown. According to the preliminary information as a consequence of the explosion there are human losses. RSO law enforcement members are working at the spot.

The journalists of the Georgian TV company “Mze” (“Sun”) have been not admitted today to Tskhinval - the capital of RSO at the Georgian police post deployed in the settlement of Ergneti.

On 23 March approximately at 11.00 at RSO Znaur district Okona Village was committed the act of terrorism preplanned and fulfilled by Georgian special services. As a consequence of explosion of shell less explosive device the citizen Koliev Inal Inalovich and JPKF North Ossetia-Alania serviceman Doguzov Vladislav Amiranivich were badly wounded and delivered to the Republican hospital.
