Questions about the return of refugees to Leningor district have been discussed at the meeting with the President of South Ossetia
Plans on returning the residents of Leningor district of South Ossetia who were expelled from their homes during the occupation of the area by the Georgian armed formations from 1989 to 2008, have been discussed at the meeting of the President of South Ossetia, Eduard Kokoity, with the heads of the ministries and departments. The meeting was also attended by representatives of public organizations of refugees from Georgia and from Leningor District, currently living in North Ossetia, and also by the Deputy Minister of the Regional Development Minister Sergei Vereshchagin.
