President of South Ossetia has received delegations of the EMERCOM of Russia and Abkhazia

The guests from Russia, North Ossetia and Abkhazia have arrived in South Ossetia to participate in the festivities on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the formation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. In Tskhinval President of the Republic of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov has received the head of the Department of the Emergency Situations of Abkhazia Leo Kvinitsiya, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Alexei Avdeev and the head of the North-Caucasian Regional Emergency Center of the Russian Federation Nikolai Lityuk. The meeting was also attended by Minister of Emergency Situations of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov.
Leonid Tibilov welcomed the guests and thanked them for their attention to South Ossetia.
The President has stressed that the EMERCOM of South Ossetia has been developing steadily.
"I want to thank our Russian colleagues for their help and support they have provided for the establishment of the South Ossetian Ministry of Emergency Situations, and now continue to help our rescues. We are proud of these relationships and contacts with Russia, and we highly appreciate your contribution to the formation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of South Ossetia, "- said the president.
He has expressed the hope that this cooperation in the future will be strengthened.
For his part, Nikolai Lityuk spoke about his involvement in the formation of the South Ossetian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
"For five years, much has been improved, and I am pleased to see the Republic to develop and prosper," - said Lityuk.
According to Alexey Avdeev, South Ossetian and Russian emergency departments work in close interaction."We would like the investment program to promote socio-economic development of South Ossetia to include the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations. This is an important stabilizing factor and a prerequisite for sustainable socio- economic development," - said Avdeev .
He has assured that the Russian Emergencies Ministry will actively participate in this work, and is ready for further cooperation.
Leo Kvinitsiya, in turn, has noted that today is a double celebration as the Ministries of Emergency Situations of South Ossetia and Abkhazia will sign a cooperation agreement.
"In all situations we have always been together. And today, we only strengthen our relations," - said Kvinitsiya.
At the end of the meeting the sides exchanged souvenirs.
