Activities for engineering support of the border area of South Ossetia held on the territory of the Republic do not affect the territory of Georgia. This was told reporters by Deputy Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy of South Ossetia on post-conflict settlement Khokh Gagloyty before the meeting of the participants of Mechanisms on Prevention and Reaction to Incidents (MPRI) in the Georgian village of Ergneti.
"The works are being carried out in the territory of the Republic of South Ossetia, at a distance from the state border, deep into the territory of South Ossetia, so these works do not affect the territory of Georgia," - said Gagloyty.
