The meeting was attended by Speaker of the Parliament of South Ossetia Stanislav Kochiev, the first Vice-Speaker of the RSO Parliament Jury Dzitstsoity, members of the legislative body of Kabardino-Balkaria.
On May 28, South Ossetia will be marking the Day of the South Ossetian diplomacy - 21 years ago it was established the Foreign Ministry of the Republic. May 28-29, 1992 at the session of the Supreme Council was formed the first Council of Ministers of the Republic of South Ossetia. It was also established the Ministry of External Relations of the RSO (now the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
A solemn meeting dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Russian border troops - the Day of a Border Guard – was held in the capital of South Ossetia.
