In South Ossetia, no new cases of coronavirus infection were detected per day, all 69 tests were negative, Anna Gagloeva, Deputy Head of the South-Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee, told IA "Res» on Thursday.

Since May of this year, more than 2,742 tests for coronavirus have been conducted in the Republic.

In total, 85 infected with coronavirus were detected, all of them recovered and were discharged from medical facilities. The second week (from June 26), no new cases were recorded in the Republic.

In South Ossetia are concerned about the latest provocations of Georgia in the border zone, - the head of the Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Relations of the Parliament Zaza Driaev told the “RES” news agency.

As noted by Driaev, the presence and strengthening of the Georgian security forces in the immediate vicinity of the state border of South Ossetia, as well as illegal invasion of our territory, could again lead to a destabilization of the situation.
