President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov met on Saturday with a deputy of the Krasnodar City Duma, commander of a helicopter regiment in South Ossetia in 1990-1992.Alexei Vostrikov, who arrived in Tskhinval to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Republic of South Ossetia, the press service of the head of state reports.

Representatives of South Ossetia are taking part in the forum of young culture and arts workers, which will be held in Crimea.

As reported to the "Res" news agency by the press service of the "United Alania" youth organization, the lifting of restrictive measures introduced in the Republic due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus infection allowed South Ossetian youth to go to the All-Russian Forum.

President Anatoly Bibilov, at the meeting with a delegation of the Lugansk People's Republic, which arrived in Tskhinval to participate in the events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Republic of South Ossetia, conveyed the words of gratitude and best wishes to the head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik, assuring that South Ossetia remains committed to all agreements.

President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov has received a delegation of the Donetsk People's Republic, headed by the Chairman of the People's Council of the DPR Vladimir Bidevka, which arrived in Tskhinval to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of South Ossetia, the press service of the head of state reports.

Greeting the guests, Anatoly Bibilov noted that he was immensely glad to see the friends of South Ossetia.

On September 20, South Ossetia is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the formation of the Republic - one of the most significant events in the modern history of South Ossetia, which laid the fundamental basis of its statehood.

At a recent briefing at the Russian Foreign Ministry, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, has noted that the Republic of South Ossetia is celebrating a state holiday – the Republic Day on September 20.

30 years ago, the Council of People's Deputies of the South Ossetian Autonomous Region adopted the Declaration of National Sovereignty. By tradition, congratulations from the leadership of the Russian Federation will be sent to the leadership of South Ossetia.
