"In a world where values ​​and customs are changing rapidly, it is very important to preserve the culture, identity and uniqueness of our people. I am sure that traditions are not the past, but the foundation of our future," Tibilov said.

The scientific conference on the topic the "250th Anniversary of Ossetia's Accession to Russia" was held at the Z. N. Vaneev South Ossetian Research Institute on Thursday.
