The South Ossetian State University hosted the opening of a traveling photo exhibition "Evidence of the crimes of Ukrainian neo-Nazis and their accomplices."

Rector of the South Ossetian State University Vadim Tedeev, Russian Ambassador to South Ossetia Marat Kulakhmetov, Senior Advisor of the Russian Embassy in South Ossetia Maxim Ershov and Head of the Russian House in Tskhinval Sergey Skvortsov attended the opening of the exposition.

In Tskhinval, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Foundation "International Institute for the Development of Communications MIR-MOST-OSSETIA" and the Defense Ministry of the Republic of South Ossetia, the subject of which is cooperation in the organization of patriotic education and training of children and youth.

President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev commented on the installation of a veterinary fence along the state border near the village of Mugut, Znaur district.

The agreement on the settlement of issues of dual citizenship, signed between South Ossetia and Russia in September 2021, has been ratified by both parties, and will enter into force after the signing of the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the mechanisms for its implementation.

"Mutual relations and trade turnover between our countries are increasing. In 2022, trade turnover between our countries increased by 12 percent," he said.

The Commission for the Delimitation and Demarcation of the State Border of South Ossetia with Georgia fulfilled its task of unilaterally defining the state border of the Republic of South Ossetia with Georgia. In Tskhinval, a meeting of the participants of the South Ossetian delegation at the Geneva International Discussions with the EU, the OSCE and the UN co-chairs of the Geneva Discussions was held in the format of a videoconference. According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, during the meeting a number of issues related to the upcoming 57th round of discussions were discussed.
