The Georgian authorities continue to create completely false ideas about South Ossetia among the international community, - said the Presidential Envoy for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev.

According to him, the signing of a legally binding document on the non-use of force between South Ossetia and Georgia, Abkhazia and Georgia is remaining important, but the non-constructive position of the Georgian delegation hinders progress in this direction.
