According to Kochiev, this issue is raised at every meeting in the IPRM format.

Most of the violations of the state border of South Ossetia over the past period are committed by ordinary citizens, often in a state of alcoholic intoxication. Pliev died from his injuries in a military hospital in St. Petersburg.

The previously detained Georgian citizens Tenadze Leonid, born in 1979, and Tenadze Tariel, born in 1986, residents of the village of Plavismani in the Gori municipality, were found guilty by the Tskhinval District Court of illegally crossing the state border and sentenced to imprisonment.
