The Supreme Court of South Ossetia confirmed the CEC decision on rejecting the registration of Sergei Bitiev as a presidential candidate of South Ossetia. As IA "Res" has been informed at the press service of the Supreme Court of South Ossetia, "During the today's meeting the Supreme Court confirmed the February 28 CEC decision on refusing the registration of Sergei Bitiev as a candidate for the presidency." It should be reminded that February 28 the Central Election Committee made a decision to reject the registration of the chief bailiff of the Ministry of Justice Sergei Bitiev as a presidential candidate. Bitiev participated in the presidential election in November 2011; in the first round he collected 3.34% of the total votes cast.
