In the vicinity of the settlement of Lopan in Znaur disrtucr of South Ossetia, two citizens of Georgia were detained by border guards for violating the state border regime, the press service of the Republic's KGB reported.
On the stage of the Volkov Russian Academic Drama Theater in Yaroslavl the night before, the first performance of the artists of the South Ossetian State Drama Theater took place as part of the troupe's "Big Tour" in Russian cities.
The tour is organized by Rosconcert in accordance with the All-Russian Tour and Concert Plan of the Ministry of Culture of Russia. Financial support to the troupe of the South Ossetian State Drama Theater was also provided by the President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov.
A teleconference was held in the capital of South Ossetia, in which the children's ombudsman of South Ossetia Tatyana Tskhovrebova and the ombudsman for the rights of the child in Abkhazia Maktina Jonjolia took part.

“I studied your biography and noticed that we have a lot in common. You, like me, were working in the media, headed a charitable foundation, and in the same year we became ombudsmen for the rights of the child,” said Maktina Jonjolia.
