The issues of bilateral cooperation between the ministries of agriculture of Russia and South Ossetia were discussed on Saturday by Acting Prime Minister Gennady Bekoev with Director of the Department of Crop Production, Mechanization, Chemicalization and Plant Protection of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Roman Nekrasov and President of the Association of Peasant (Farming) Farms and Agricultural Cooperatives of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Igor Kadzaev.

Russian lawmakers are satisfied with the resumption of inter-parliamentary cooperation with colleagues from South Ossetia, said the head of the international committee of the Federation Council, head of the Russian delegation Konstantin Kosachev.

"Since the beginning of the pandemic, inter-parliamentary contacts have been suspended, but since autumn they have begun to recover, except for the South Ossetian Parliament," the senator said on Friday on the Russia 24 TV channel.

The Russian delegation visited Tskhinval on Friday.

In one of the abandoned houses of the village of Khvtse, Dzau district of South Ossetia, eyewitnesses found ammunition, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of South Ossetia reports. In particular, cartridges of calibers 7.62 - 820 pieces and 5.45 - 543 pieces, as well as two F-1 grenades and two fuses were discovered.
