Mourning events in memory of the victims of the terrorist act in the Beslan school in 2004 are taking place these days throughout South Ossetia. On Friday, on the Theater Square of Tskhinval, the action "Unfinished lesson ... dedicated to the Children of Beslan" is taking place. Traditionally, 334 balloons were launched into the sky according to the number of victims of the terrorist attack.

President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov and the head of North Ossetia Sergei Menyailo laid wreaths and flowers at the memorial complex "City of Angels" in memory of those killed in the terrorist attack in Beslan, the "Res" correspondent reports.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Dmitry Medoev sent a message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua, Mr. Denis Ronaldo Moncada Colindres, on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of the recognition of independence by the Republic of Nicaragua.
