The Foreign Ministry of Pridnestrovie hosted a meeting of Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev with the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the PMR Alexander Vataman and the head of the official representation of the Republic of South Ossetia in the PMR Vitaly Yankovsky, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.
The delegation of the Ministry of Defense of South Ossetia, headed by Minister Marat Pavlov, is taking part in the international military-technical forum "Army-2023", the press service of the department reports on Monday.
The large-scale event of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will be held in the Moscow region from August 14 to 20. Delegations of military departments from more than sixty states are taking part in it.

In July, 37 violators were detained at various sections of the state border of South Ossetia, the press service of the State Security Committee of the Republic reports.
"A criminal case has been initiated against one detainee, 20 people have been fined a total of 24,500 rubles, eight have been expelled from South Ossetia, and warnings have been issued to eight violators," the KGB clarified.
