Within the framework of the Forum, a plenary session will be held at the A. A. Tibilov South Ossetian State University and will continue with a round table "15 years of peace", where Russian and South Ossetian experts and journalists will discuss the phenomenon of new republics in the post-Soviet space and the prospects for their development.
