Participants of the rally "Relay of Memory" organized within the frames of the international public project "Our Great Victory" have held today a solemn meeting at the obelisk "Eternal Flame" in the capital of South Ossetia,dedicated to the memory of the fallen in the Great Patriotic War.

March 26-27, 2013 a regular meeting of the international discussions on security and stability in Transcaucasia was held in Geneva. It was attended by delegations of the Republic of South Ossetia, the Republic of Abkhazia, the Russian Federation, Georgia, the United States, as well as the EU, the UN and the OSCE. South Ossetian delegation was headed by Presidential Envoy for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev.

Due to unavailability of the Georgian party to the expert review of the draft statement of all the participants of the format on non-use of force, developed by the Co-Chairs of the Geneva discussions, it was decided to postpone it to the next round.
