President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov and Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office of Russia Dmitry Kozak discussed issues of bilateral cooperation during the meeting in Moscow, the press service of the President of the Republic informed the “Res” news agency

According to the press service, during the meeting topical issues of the Russian-South Ossetian cooperation were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the Program for socio-economic development of the Republic of South Ossetia until 2025, as well as the effective use of the budget funds of the Russian Federation, directed to strengthening the socio-economic situation in the Republic.

During the meeting, the issues of preparing bilateral agreements on wage increases for employees of the public sector and law enforcement agencies of South Ossetia were discussed in detail. It was noted that at present, the coordination of the relevant intergovernmental documents aimed at increasing the monetary allowance for employees of the KGB, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of South Ossetia has been almost completely completed. The signing of these agreements is scheduled for May this year.

The Russian party has stressed the importance of further coordinated work of the executive authorities of the two countries on the entire range of topical issues on the bilateral agenda, and expressed hope for the commitment of the South Ossetian partners. to preserve socio-political stability in the Republic and the Russia-oriented foreign policy course.
