South Ossetia hopes for the dismantling of the Georgian police post in Uista
South Ossetia expects the Georgian police post located near the village of Uista to be dismantled soon. This was stated by the head of the South Ossetian delegation, Yegor Kochiev, following a meeting within the framework of the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM).
According to Kochiev, the issue of the illegal presence of the Georgian post is regularly raised by the South Ossetian party at the IPRM meetings.
He has noted that, despite the complexity of the issue, the work is underway.
