«CIS-EMO»: South Ossetian elections comply with the international standards

The elections in South Ossetia comply with the international standards. This has been declared by a representative of the International Election Observation «CIS-EMO» Dekrok Olivier at a briefing of the CEC Information Centre of South Ossetia. He has stressed that one can talk about the high turnout of voters - by 10:00, according to him, more than 10% of voters visited the polls.

The new high-tech equipment will be commissioned this summer in the Bagiata bottling plant. As IA "Res" has been informed by the Economic Development Minister of the RSO Alexei Khabalov, purchased in 2011 a new line for bottling mineral water is able to produce six thousand bottles per hour. "This line will be ten times more powerful than the present one. There is no room in the plant, so we decided to build a hangar. In the coming days representatives of the supplier from Melitopol will arrive in South Ossetia". According to Khabalov, for supplying the Russian market with the plant production the mineral water should be produced in glass bottles.

Acting President of South Ossetia Vadim Brovtsev considers as the "good sign" an appointment of Taimuraz Mamsurov a special envoy of the Russian President in South Ossetia.
"Two fraternal republics are linked historically. One nation is living in North and South Ossetia. I am convinced, that now, after the appointment of the head of the neighboring republic Taimuraz Mamsurov as the special envoy of the Russian President, good links between our country and Russia will be more strengthened. This is a good sign,"- told Brovtsev.

In South Ossetia the mine in Kvajsa is being planned to be reconstructed

Ministry of Economic Development of South Ossetia plans to start reconstruction of the mine in the town of Kvajsa in Dzausky district of South Ossetia. As reported to IA "Res" by the Economic Development Minister of the Republic Alexei Khabalov, at the initial stage of the reconstruction it is planned to assess the resources of the mine with the assistance of the Russian experts.
