The same situation developed also in Znaur district of South Ossetia. «Res» correspondent had a telephone conversation with the Head of Znaur district Zaur Tskhovrebov. «Of course the situation is very difficult. Our district is on the verge of humanitarian disaster, as Georgian side does not let even civil persons through the illegally established post at Avnevi. Today morning we have had to dispatch our bus on Rustav bypass road, but this is not a way out, for the road is in very bad condition»-said Zaur Tskhovrebov.
