This is a rough violation of JCC provisions of 30 July 2003 «of unauthorized flights of aircraft over the Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone within the JPKF responsibility zone». JPKF Headquarters notes that this is the forth violation of the ban on the flights of aircraft over the conflict zone territory. JCC co-chairmen of all sides were informed about this fact»-said Ivanov.
