The Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of South Ossetia is intended to institute legal proceedings on the fact of the shelling of RSO capital Tskhinval on the night of 15 June. This was informed to IA «Res» correspondent by the first deputy of RSO Attorney General Eldar Kokoev.
«After the detailed examination of materials of shelling, caused causalities among the peaceful population, on this fact will be institute legal proceedings, we also intend to institute legal proceedings on the fact of murder of the law enforcement organs servicemen Alan Khodov»-informed Kokoev.
«For the investigation of these crimes RSO Attorney General’ Office created an inquiry team and all necessary measures for verification of persons privy to these crimes and their detention are under way»-mentioned RSO Attorney General’s Office representative.
