Schoolchildren of the city schools Soslan Dzhioev and Timur Tsakhilov have received awards "For saving life", presented by the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the RSO Sergey Sanakoev.
At the beginning of the month these teenagers pulled out two sinking women from the city lake. Quickly assessing the situation, the teenagers, without hesitation, rushed to the icy water, and not only saved, but also helped to bring them to the hospital.
The awards have found their heroes, who can be called the pupils of the school number 5 and the Cadet Corps, thanks to the feat of which two lives were saved. In a solemn atmosphere with the participation of teachers and pupils of the school, the guys were thanked by the Minister for Emergency Situations Seregei Sanakoev and the graduate of this school, First Deputy Minister Alan Tadtaev."
The feat of these guys is an example to follow not only for their peers, but also for adults.
The teenagers have shown that it is impossible to remain indifferent to the suffering of others. The boys themselves, by virtue of their natural modesty, refused to tell how they decided to save the drowning people. Another participant in the rescue operation, a pupil of the Cadet School, Alan Tasoev, was also awarded a medal for an act of courage.
