Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev and Ambassador of South Ossetia to Nicaragua Narim Kozaev took part in the celebrations dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the victory of the Sandinista revolution. The main event took place at the Parque de la Dignidad Nacional in the center of Managua on July 19.
The guests were greeted by Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega and Vice President Rosario Murillo.
Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev congratulated Ortega and Murillo on behalf of South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev. He wished the Nicaraguan people peace and prosperity and noted the spirit of the leadership and people of South Ossetia to further strengthen relations with Nicaragua.
