A capsule laying ceremony for the construction of the School of Arts building took place in Tskhinval.

The capsule was laid by President Alan Gagloev and Minister of the Chechen Republic for National Policy, External Relations, Press and Information Akhmed Dudaev.

The head of state greeted those present, having reminded that quite recently the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov provided enormous assistance to the security forces of South Ossetia.

“At the same time it was announced that a social facility would be built on the territory of South Ossetia,” Gagloev has clarified. - Today we have gathered to lay the capsule for the construction of the future School of Arts. I am confident that this school will give new impetus to the development of our art and the cultural sphere as a whole.”

Gagloev congratulated the residents of the Republic on this significant event.

“I would like to express my deep gratitude and appreciation to our dear brother, the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, for such a gift to our Republic, to our children,” he has emphasized.

The President noted that the school is being built at the expense of the Akhmat-Hadji Kadyrov Regional Public Fund.

“The head of the Fund. is Kadyrova Aimani Nesievna, who always provides all possible assistance not only to South Ossetia, but also to the participants of the special military operation in the republics of the North Caucasus,” he has added.

Akhmed Dudaev has noted that the delegation of the Chechen Republic arrived in South Ossetia on behalf of Ramzan Kadyrov on a pleasant mission.

“The regional charitable foundation named after our first president Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov begins the construction of this wonderful social institution - the School of Arts,” Dudaev said.

According to him, this event reflects the fraternal relations between the head of the Chechen Republic and President of South Ossetia, as well as the friendly relations of the two peoples.

“Let this social facility and our further constructive interaction, relations between our peoples become such an adequate response to all our ill-wishers, all our enemies,” Dudaev has emphasized. “We know that the context of the circumstances around our country today dictates to us the need to establish fraternal and friendly relations, which is what we will be doing.”

Dudaev wished that the future School of Arts would serve to educate a healthy, patriotic young generation with a strong civic position.

The event continued with the laying of the “Message to Descendants” capsule, signed by the heads of South Ossetia and the Chechen Republic for the construction of the School of Arts.
