A memorandum of cooperation and understanding in the field of youth policy was signed between the Donetsk People's Republic and South Ossetia, the Committee on Sports and Youth Affairs of the Republic reports.
The document was signed within the framework of the Donbass Youth Forum, and was signed by Minister of Youth Policy of the DPR Kirill Makarov and Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Youth Policy and Sports of the RSO Andrei Ottaev.
The Committee has added that within the framework of the Donbass Youth Forum, in pursuance of the President's instructions, the International Friendship Club was opened in the DPR.
