A meeting of organizing the committee for the preparation and holding of the 1st International Economic Forum in South Ossetia was held in Tskhinval on Tuesday under the chairmanship of President Alan Gagloev. This was reported by the press service of the head of state.
Gagloev emphasized the importance and scale of the upcoming event, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of South Ossetia.
The Forum will be holding from September 18 to 20 and will become a significant platform for the development of international and economic cooperation with foreign partners. ⠀⠀
Alan Gagloev instructed the members of the organizing committee to carefully work out all the issues, taking into account the timing and significance of the event.⠀
"All proposals are correct, relevant and interesting. It is necessary to decide on the program as soon as possible, to work out all the details that were discussed today during the meeting. This is a large-scale event for the Republic, which will take place during the important state holidays. All events must be held at the highest level. I expect from you all full commitment and a responsible approach to the organizational issues,” the head of state said. ⠀⠀
The International Economic Forum in South Ossetia is being held in accordance with the Presidential decree with the aim of activating foreign economic relations and attracting foreign investment, which is the important step in the development of the Republic.
