President Alan Gagloev has met with Alan Kochiev and Soslan Tedeev, the service members who participated in the special military operation, the presidential press service reports.
During the conversation, the President thanked the service members for their courage and bravery during the combat missions.
The President noted their dedication and devotion to their homeland, emphasizing the importance of their contribution to the common cause.
Alan Gagloev has also added that the country is proud of its heroes, and their resilience and fortitude serve as thge example for all.
"The homeland is proud of you, and we are confident that victory will be ours," he said.
In turn, the service members thanked the President for the attention and support provided to the soldiers participating in the special military operation.
For courage and bravery displayed in the line of duty during the special military operation, Alan Kochiev was awarded the "Defender of the Fatherland" medal, and Soslan Tedeev was awarded the "For Military Labor in the Name of Peace" medal.
