The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Murat Dzhioev has sent a letter to the co-chairman of JCC from the South-Ossetian side Boris Chochiev, the co-chairman of JCC from the Russian side Juriy Popov, the co-chairman of JCC from the North-Ossetian side Murat Tkhostov, the co-chairman of JCC from the Georgian side David Mandzhavidze and to the acting Head of the Mission of OSCE in Georgia Veselin Nikolaev.

On September, 4th the secretary of state, the deputy Minister of foreign affairs of the Russian Federation G.B.Karasin has met the president of South Ossetia E.D.Kokojty. During the conversation took place a detailed exchange of opinions on the state of affairs in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict, the reasons of sharp aggravation of the situation, the measures on counteraction to aggravation of intensity.

The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Prindnestrovskaya Moldavian Republic Evgenij Shevchuk has met the delegation of the Republic of South Ossetia, having taken part in celebrations on the occasion of Day of formation of the Prindnestrovskaya Moldavian Republic. The structure of the delegation included the vice-chairman of the Parliament of RSO Tarzan Kokojty, the deputy minister of foreign affairs of RSO Alan Pliev and the Representative under human rights by the President of RSO David Sanakoev.

In connection with the detention and condemnation by the georgian side of the military men from the structure of the north-ossetian battalion of JPKF

On September, 3rd the temporary Charge d"Affaires of Georgia in the Russian Federation has been invited to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. He has been made a representation in connection with the detention and condemnation by the georgian side of the military men from the structure of the north-ossetian battalion of JPKF in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict on August, 29th of this year - the Russian citizens T.Khachirov and V.Valiev. As it is known, the regional court of the town of Mtskheta in an urgent order has sentenced them to two months of prison.
