In Tskhinval it has been celebrated the foundation day of the state television of South Ossetia

The state TV channel of South Ossetia turns 28 today. On March 16, 1994, the first broadcast of the state television was broadcast on the screens.

In connection with the significant date, the event was held with the participation of the head of state Anatoly Bibilov. The President, congratulating the employees, touched upon the history of the creation of television, noting the work of those who stood at its origins and today's team.

In South Ossetia, it is intended to restore the mining and metallurgical industry

Ministry of Economic Development of South Ossetia and the Russian National Committee for the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (RNC BSEC) signed a Memorandum of Intention to establish cooperation in the development of the mining industry in South Ossetia, the press service of the government of South Ossetia reported.

"The Memorandum was signed by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development of the Republic Dzambolat Tadtayev and Chairman of the Russian National Committee for Black Sea Economic Cooperation Viktor Arkhipov," the press service said.

The CEC of South Ossetia allowed 5 out of 17 presidential candidates to participate in the elections

The Central Election Commission of South Ossetia has announced the list of the registered presidential candidates.

As reported to IA "Res", by the CEC representative Igor Chochiev, following the results of the Commission meeting, five presidential candidates were registered.

"The current head of state Anatoly Bibilov, the leader of the Nyhas party Alan Gagloev, ex-MP Dmitry Tasoev, MP Garry Muldarov and Deputy Speaker of Parliament Alexander Pliev have been registered," the CEC representative said.
