On March, 2nd, 2007 from 9:00pm till 15:00am an engineering investigation was held by the field-engineer division of the Russian battalion from the structure of JPKF in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict. The Russian sappers have examined the site of the country road between the observant post "Church" from North Ossetia-Аlania Republic and the joint observant post "Spider". The correspondent of «Res» was informed about it by the assistant of the commander of JPKF in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict on work with the mass-media, the captain Vladimir Ivanov. «The engineering investigation of the district was carried out with using of the mine-searching dogs and the special technical equipment. No explosive objects have been found», he has noted.
