South Ossetia continues its development as a democratic state
President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov said at the eighth congress of the United Ossetia party that he had kept his promises to voters.
“The Republic is living on the eve of an important political event – presidential elections. This is the seventh presidential election in a row," Bibilov said.
According to him, South Ossetia continues its development as a democratic state based on the principles of universal and direct suffrage, when every citizen has the right to vote and personally votes for his candidate.
