Acting Defense Minister of South Ossetia Vladimir Pukhaev met with members of the defense department team leaving for Moscow on August 4 for the Tank Biathlon competition of the International Army Games - 2022 (ARMI-2022), the press service of the defense department reports.
President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev during his working visit to Moscow will discuss a number of issues related to the life of the Republic, the presidential press service reported on Monday.
"The head of the Republic will have a working meeting with Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak," the message says. ⠀
The press service has noted that during the meetings topical issues of bilateral relations will be discussed, including an increase in wages and pensions for employees of ministries and departments of the Republic.
On August 8, South Ossetia will host a presentation of the film “Hakhta avdisanta” (Mountains – the eyewitnesses) directed by Grigory Mamiev about the genocide of Ossetians from the 20s to 2008.
As Grigory Mamiev told the “Res” news agency, the documentary film had been prepared by the AllonFilm film studio for the 100th anniversary of the genocide of the Ossetian people.
