The ECHR and the ICC continue the policy of double standards towards citizens of South Ossetia - Ombudsman
More than three thousand citizens of South Ossetia, whose close relatives died or whose property was damaged during the August 2008 war, filed complaints with the European Court of Human Rights. This was reported at the press conference in the Information and Press Committee by the Presidential Human Rights Commissioner of the Republic of South Ossetia Inal Tasoev.
He has clarified that for more than ten years, the cases of citizens of South Ossetia have not been considered, half of them were thrown out without consideration.
