War never goes away without leaving a trace. The events of the august war 2008 have left the indelible trace in our hearts. That night I was alone at home. Having heard the blasts, I run into the cellar. The blasts were becoming more powerful. A missile hit the neighboring house the fragments of which hit my own house and beat out the window. I thought, I would not live before the morning. The next day of the war the lads of Tskhinval called on me, they were calming me me, that everything would be all right and that Russia would come and rescue us by all means. My sons also came, I could not describe my happiness, when I saw them alive, but each of their leavings made my heart tearing, each time I thought that I saw them the last time, but what I would be able to do?
I was persuaded to leave for, but how I could abandon my own children?

Lately in secondary school in the Georgian village Ergneti, near the border adjusted to our country, it has been opened the so-called "cozy corner of the information centre of NATO in Georgia". In the opinion of experts, this fact witnesses only about the indefatigable desire of Georgia to enter the rows of this organization, rather then real steps in this direction.

A state border – is one of the attributes of the modern state. Any state supposes the border, the protection and the guard of which expresses its state sovereignty.
In the terms of the unaccomplished conflict between the Republic of South Ossetia and Georgia and the non-recognition by the last one of the sovereignty of RSO, the passing of the border between the two states is specified by the Decree-law 2 The-All-Georgian Central Executive Committee and the Council of the National Commissar of the Georgian SSR "About the foundation of the Autonomous region of South-Ossetia" from April 22 1922.
During the last 20 years South Ossetia and Georgia have been found themselves in the condition of the open armed opposition, in the result of which in August 2008, by support of the Russian Federation, Republic of South Ossetia became the recognized sovereign state.

There were 12 of them. And they also wanted to live. They wanted to rejoice life, each solar day, springtime which has already come. They wanted to see, how their children would grow up, how the life was improving in their native Republic, as it has been gaining independence and liberty, and later on also the acknowledgment. But they did not live till this time. They had been prevented from it. Exactly twenty years ago 12 men were brutally fagged out and buried alive by the Georgian fascists. That was the payment for their ossetian origin. The youngest of them was 17 years old... He had not even time to understand, how strong the hate of our south neighbours to the all ossetian was. He had no time to understand, but had felt on himself, how people, like him, like us, wrested his hand and leg, pricked out his eyes, cauterized his body with blowtorch. Surely he regretted that he had born on this "white" world. The people, who had been thirsting for the ossetian blood so much had not left these 12 ossetians any desire to live ,having had tested on them all the tortures, one only could invented.

The statements that the championship, conducting nowadays under the aegis of the Worldwide Association of Futsal (WAF) in Columbia, is not a serious measure and nobody would not acknowledge it, because it has been conducting by the "private company", has been lately emerged on some of the georgian electronic mass media and does not correspond to reality. This has been reported IA «RES» by the Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Youth Policy Bakchva Tedeev, commenting the expressions of the Georgian functionaries.
« Worldwide Association of Futsal was created in 2002. The Act of establishment of WAF was signed by 24 countries. This organization protects the interests of football in hall and adjusts the rules of the competitions in this kind of sport. This is already the tenth championship of the world, conducted by WAF", - has said Tedeev.

The Mass Media have spread the statement that "International court of UN in Hague on April 1 will announce the verdict on the suit of Georgia against Russia. Tbilisi accuses Moscow in undertaking ethnic cleansing and breaking of the International convention of 1965 about the elimination of all forms of race discrimination".

The terrible war in August 2008г has made us to outlive the tragic days, which will never wiped off our memory. It seems that the citizens of South Ossetia are accustomed to shooting, after all we have been firing by our "neighbours» for 20 years. The only thought about the war make the tears instinctively emerged in my eyes. When that terrible night of 7-8 of August the firing of our republic started, I was at home with my sister. Having heard the first blasts, we have at once understood that it was -war!
We dashed to run into the cellar, we were so frightened, we thought, we would not live till the morning.

The Chairman of the government of the Republic of South Ossetia Vadim Brovtsev has hold the meeting of the United staff for coordination of the works on reconstruction of the underground communications in Tskhinval. There has been discussing the course of conducting the works, rough defects of some contract organizations and the way of their removal.

For initial process of issuing the new passports for the citizens of South Ossetia it is necessary to deliver the equipment for registration of passport documentation. It has been reported by the chief of the organizing-checking department of the administration of the president of RSO Vladimir Ushakov.

The organizing issues have been basically discussing at the meeting within the framework of Mechanisms on prevention and reaction on incidents.
