Dzitstsoity stressed that South Ossetia had repeatedly raised the question of their participation in the meetings of the PACE.
The information spread in the South Ossetia that since August of this year at the checkpoint of "Lower Zaramag" citizens of South Ossetia will not be allowed to cross the Russian-South Ossetian border on internal documents - passport of South Ossetia, is untrue, said the news agency "Res" Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia David Sanakoev. He has stressed that the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia does not have such information and has not received an official notification or letters on this issue from the Russian side.

The event was attended by the heads of political parties of South Ossetia, representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, lecturers and students of the Department of Economics of the South Ossetian State University, the public and political figures of the Republic. Opening the discussion, President of the Media Center "IR" Irina Gagloeva stressed that the further South Ossetian statehood would depend on its economic development.
