As the assistant of the commander of JPKF on work with the mass-media, the captain Vladimir Ivanov has informed the correspondent of the agency «Res», on May, 9th, 2007 at the migratory post of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of South Ossetia Republic on the line Tskhinval - Gori has been stopped the car with the minister of Georgia on affairs of the refugees Georgi Heviashvili, that was coming back to Tbilisi from the settlement Kurta, but has mixed the road and has turned to Tskhinval at the settlement Eredvi. At the post of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by the employees of the law enforcement bodies of South Ossetia had been made a check-out of the car and the documents, proving the identity, and the documents on the right of carrying of the weapon that has been found during the check-out. The group of military observers from the parties and the employee of the Mission of OSCE, having arrived at the place, haven’t recorded an incorrect behaviour in relation to Georgi Heliashvili and the persons that accompanied him, during the check-out. At 00.20am the car has left for the direction of Tbilisi.
