President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov congratulated the Chairman of the Presidium of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik on his birthday, the press service of the head of state reports.

The congratulatory message, in particular, reads: "Your personal qualities, devotion to the Fatherland, dedication, courage and faith in your people have allowed you to achieve impressive success in high government posts and earn the unshakable authority and respect of all the people of the Republika Srpska.

President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov appointed on Friday by his decree Gennady Bekoev the Prime Minister of the Republic.

"In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 50 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Ossetia, appoint Gennady Borisovich Bekoev Chairman of the Government of the Republic of South Ossetia," the decree of the head of state says.

This Decree comes into force from the date of its signing.

As part of the joint operational search activities by the State Security Committee of South Ossetia in cooperation with the Border Administration of the FSB of Russia in the Republic, on March 7, ammunition was found in a non-residential building on the northwestern outskirts of Tskhinval, the KGB press service reported on Friday.
