Minister of Culture of South Ossetia Rada Dzagoeva will take part in the work of the 10th International Cultural Forum in St. Petersburg, the press service of the department reports.
The Forum will be held from September 11 to 14 and will once again bring together representatives of different cultures and nationalities in the cultural capital of Russia.
South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev took part in the opening ceremony of the monument to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War in the village of Kotanto in Dzau district, the press service of the head of state reports.
The memorial event was also attended by the head of the Dzau district administration Vanda Tibilova, heads of the law enforcement agencies and representatives of the public of the Republic.

"At the official level, we have a very limited range of actions, but at the unofficial level - in the field of culture, sports, and the expert community - we have contacts with the Republic of Belarus. Deputy Chairman of the Youth Committee of South Ossetia Andrei Ottaev paid a working visit to Donetsk, where he met with Minister of Youth Policy of the DPR Kirill Makarov. This was reported by the Telegram channel of the Committee on Youth Affairs and Sports of the Republic.
During the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Mutual Understanding in the Field of Youth Policy.
