The South Ossetian Foreign Ministry responded to the statements by some countries about the “non-recognition” of the parliamentary elections in the Republic

Despite the high assessment of international observers on the level of organization of the voting process in the parliamentary elections in South Ossetia, a number of countries, in their traditional manner, spoke out about supporting the so-called territorial integrity of Georgia and non-recognition of the elections.

The South Ossetian Foreign Ministry considered this position to be completely untrue.

The Central Election Commission of South Ossetia announced the data after processing 100 percent of the protocols

The Central Election Commission of South Ossetia published the results of processing 100 percent of the protocols of district election commissions.

The votes were distributed as follows:

"People's Party" -

(3505 votes) 16.03%

"UNITY OF THE PEOPLE" -

(982 votes) 4.49%

"Iry Farn" - (1031 votes) 4.71%

Communist Party - (1534 votes) 7.01%

"Unity" - (432 votes) 1.98%

“United Ossetia” - (6893 votes) 31.52%

"NYKHAS" - (6691 votes)

30.60%

Against all - (800 votes) 3.66%.

Four parties have entered the Parliament of South Ossetia – the CEC

After processing 87% of the ballots, four political parties have entered the Parliament of South Ossetia, the Central Election Commission of the Republic reports.

Elections to the VIII convocation Parliament took place in South Ossetia on Sunday.

“This is the People’s Party - 15.41% (3186 votes), the Communist Party - 7.12% (1472 votes), United Ossetia - 30.32% (6267 votes) and Nykhas - 29.93% (6174 votes),” - the Commission has listed.

In total, the Parliament of South Ossetia has included 17 deputies from the parties and 17 single-members.

The Central Election Commission of South Ossetia announced the election results for the two remaining districts

The Central Election Commission of South Ossetia announced the voting results for single-seat electoral districts No. 4 and No. 8 at the press center of the Committee for Information and Press of the Republic.

Single- seat electoral district No. 4 - Konstantin Pliev is considered elected - 246 votes (self-nominated).

District No. 8 is considered elected - Alan Gagloev 518 votes (self-nominated), the CEC member Igor Chochiev has announced.

The CEC press center has completed its work.

The Central Election Commission of South Ossetia announced the election results for single-member districts

The Central Election Commission of South Ossetia announced preliminary data for the elections to the Parliament of the eighth convocation in single-member districts.

In single- seat electoral districts, votes were distributed as follows:

Tskhinval

Single-seat electoral district No. 1 - Inal Slanov is considered elected with 425 votes.

Single- seat electoral district No. 2 - Oleg Kozaev is considered elected with 285 votes.

Single- seat electoral district No. 3 - Alexander Gassiev is considered elected, with 415.

The Central Election Commission of South Ossetia announced the preliminary results of the parliamentary elections

After processing 87% of the ballots, the Central Election Commission of South Ossetia announced the preliminary results of the elections of parliamentary deputies.

The United Ossetia party is in the lead by a single electoral district, gaining 30, 32 percent.

The People's Party gained 15.41%, Unity of the People - 4.25%, Iry Farn - 4.70%, Communist Party - 7.12%, Unity - 1.92%, Nykhas - 29.93%.

6.26% of voters voted against everyone.

No any violations have been identified: the international observers from the Republic of Abkhazia

The elections are being held within the framework of the law, no any violations have been recorded, Akhra Pachulia, Deputy Chairman of the People's Assembly - Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia Committee on International, Inter-parliamentary Relations and Relations with Compatriots, said at the CEC press center.

He has noted that there is high voter turnout during the elections.

Speaker of the Parliament of South Ossetia has noted that the elections clearly demonstrate the maturity of the state structures, having also emphasized the importance of inter-parliamentary relations between South Ossetia and Russia.
