Murat Тkhostov calls the Georgian party to return to the negotiating table within the limits of JCC

The co-chairman of the north-ossetian part of JCC Murat Тkhostov has sent a letter to the co-chairmen of JCC from the georgian, the south-ossetian and the Russian parties Merab Antadze, Boris Chochiev and Juriy Popov. Copies of the letter are sent to the Head of the Mission of OSCE in Georgia Roy Riv and the Chief negotiator of the European Commission in Georgia and Armenia Payer Eklund.

On June, 27th, 2007 a monitoring with the aim of checking of the information on conducting engineering works in the area of the settlement Prisi had been held by the group of military observers from the three parties and the representatives of the Mission of OSCE. The correspondent of «Res» was informed about it by the assistant of the commander of JPKF on work with the mass-media in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict, the lieutenant colonel Juriy Vereshchak.

The ossetian village Kvernet is shelled

As the correspondent of the agency «Res " has been informed at the press-service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RSO, today at 14:00pm the ossetian village Kvernet has been shelled from the direction of the georgian-populated village Tamarasheni. The shelling was conducted from mortars and grenade cup discharges. As a result of the shelling two dwelling houses are destroyed. Nothing is informed about victims.

The Message of the Joint Staff of JPKF

The Georgian side has shown unrestraint and on June, 27th, 2007 in the area of the settlement Avnevi an attempt of renewal of construction of the road in the district of location of the temporary post of the Peace-making forces from the Russian Federation has been unilaterally undertaken. The staff of the post has temporarily stopped these works. The correspondent of «Res» was informed about it by the assistant of the commander of JPKF in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict on work with the mass-media, the lieutenant colonel Juriy Vereshchak.

An illegal Georgian armed post is placed at the ossetian village Pris

Today at 11:45am, contrary to all the accepted between the parties arrangements, the Georgian side has unilaterally placed an illegal post of the power structures of Georgia in amount of 100 persons on the border with the ossetian village Pris, located in south-east from the capital of the Republic of South Ossetia, Tskhinval.

Мarat Кulakhmetov has given the order to block the road Nikozi-Avnevi

The assistant of the commander of JPKF on work with the mass-media, the lieutenant colonel Juriy Vereshchak has named a provocation of pure water from the Georgian side the renewal of works on construction of the roundabout road Nikozi-Avnevi.
To his words, «the Georgian side had stopped the works after the interference of the command of JPKF».

The Georgian aggression proceeds

Today, at 8:10am the post of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, being in the northern part of Tskhinval, has been fired by snipers from the direction of the georgian-populated village Tamarasheni of the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict. Two employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RSO, Tuaev and Nazarov, are wounded.

We, representatives of public and Non-Government organizations of South Ossetia with surprise and indignation perceived the invitation of appointed by the Georgian authorities puppet ‘head’ of the virtual ‘administrative unit of South Ossetia’ Dmitri Sanakoev to Brussels and his speech at the European Parliament Committee sitting.
