MINISTER OF INTERIOR OF THE RSO IS INCREASING SECURITY MEASURES

As of today the Minister of Interior of the RSO is increasing security measures during the referendum. This information was given by the Minister of Interior to the correspondent of “Res” agency: “We are increasing security measures. At this stage we will be guarding state buildings and as of tomorrow electorals”.
The Minister also added that the security measures will be extended up to 13th November.

APPEAL OF YOUNG LEADERS OF THE NORTH CAUCASIAN SUBJECTS OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In Vladikavkaz at the meeting of territorial organizations of the Russian Union of Youth in South Russia was made an appeal to the International Community, EU, OSCE and the Government of Georgia on the occasion of the referendum on the independence of the Republic of South Ossetia. The young leaders of the North Caucasian subjects of the RF urge to “stop dividing the world depending interests”, “ to bar from new bloodshed”, “refrain from extremism” and “accept the will of the people of South Ossetia”.

A session of the Government of the Republic of South Ossetia with participation of the President Eduard Kokoity took place. In the session also participated heads of security agencies and heads of local administrations.

VOTING AT A GUNPOINT OR ELECTIONS IN GEORGIAN WAY

Georgian knights faced another fiasco by becoming a hostage of their own megalomania and loud declarations.
As it is known “South Ossetia liberation union” has widely announced that in the so called “alternative” elections will participate not less than 45 000 voters. It is well known that this number is too high both for the northern Georgian enclaves and Leningory region.

EDUARD KOKOITY AND SERGEY BAGAPSH MET IN SUKHUM

Today President of the Republic of South Ossetia arrived to Sukhum, capital of Abkhazia. The RSO President met with the President of Abkhazia Sergey Bagapsh. The sides discussed relations with Georgia and possible future developments.
