President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev has met on Wednesday with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lugansk People's Republic Vladislav Deinego, who arrived in Tskhinval to attend the inauguration ceremony of the elected president of the Republic, the press service of the head of state reports.
The meeting was also attended by Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Dmitry Medoev.
President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev hasmet with Vice-President of the Republic of Abkhazia Badra Gunba, who arrived in Tskhinval to attend the inauguration ceremony of the elected President of the Republic, the press service of the head of state reports.
Thanking the guest for the visit, Alan Gagloev expressed hope for the further development of bilateral relations with fraternal Abkhazia.

The delegation has included: Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan and Secretary General - Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Semyon Afiyan.

On Wednesday, at the plenary session, The Federation Council approved a law on ratification of the agreement on simplifying the procedure for acquisition Russian citizenship for citizens of South Ossetia.
The matter is about the unilateral introduction of a simplified procedure for admission to Russian citizenship for citizens of the Republic. Its parameters will be set by the President of the Russian Federation after the signing of the relevant decree.
